Education

1997: Graduated from Smolensk State Pedagogical Institute n.a. K. Marx with a degree in Philology.

2001: Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Experience

1997 – 1998: Head specialist, Administration of Smolensk.

1998 – 2002: Deputy Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee, Deputy Chief, First Deputy Head of the Main Department of Labor and Social Development of Smolenskaya oblast, Administration of Smolensk region.

2002 – 2003: Deputy Executive Director of the Social Support Fund of Smolensk region.

2003 – 2004: Chief Specialist, Deputy Head of Division, Head of the Employment Department, Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

2004 – 2005: Head of the Alternative Civil Service and Labor Migration Office,  Federal Service for Labor and Employment.

2006 – 2007: Head of the Social Protection Department of Tver region.

2007 – 2012: Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment.

2012 – 2015: Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

June, 24 2015: Appointed the First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

Married and has two daughters.
