The 8th G20 Labour and Employment Ministerial Meeting

Maxim Topilin, the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation  will participate in the 8th G20 Labour and Employment Ministerial Meeting (18-19 May, 2017, Bad Neuenahr, Germany).

During the Ministerial Meeting the following issues will be discussed:

  • Future of Work
  • Women`s Job Quality
  • Labour Market Integration of Migrants
  • Sustainable Global Supply Chains

The Minister Topilin will speak on the topic «Future of Work in the Russian Federation: Humanization, Quality Jobs, Efficient Institutions».

During the Closing Session of the Ministerial Meeting G 20 ministers are expected to adopt the Ministerial Declaration «Towards an Inclusive Future: Shaping the World of Work».

In the frame of the event Minister Topilin is to have the bilateral meetings with the ILO General Director Mr. Ryder, Federal Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of Germany Ms. Andrea Maria Nahles, the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security of the Argentine Republic Mr. Triaca, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Mr. Weimin to discuss issues of mutual interests in the labour and social protection sphere.
