The Coordinating Council for Monitoring the Implementation of the State Programme Accessible Environment meets at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection

"In 2013, accessible environment programmes are being implemented in 12 regions, with 340 million roubles allocated for them from the federal budget. In 2014 and 2015, the amounts will be increased to 4.2 billion and 4.5 billion roubles respectively", said Chairman of the Coordinating Council, Deputy Minister Alexei Vovchenko.

Participants discussed programmes drafted in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Chuvash Republic and the Republic of Mari El, in Krasnoyarsk, Primorye and Stavropol Territories, and in Volgograd, Vologda, Kursk, Tomsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Kostroma Regions.

As well as representatives of the Labour Ministry, representatives of public organisations and federal ministries, co-executors of the state programme, took part in the Council’s work.

Following remarks made by the meeting participants, the regional programmes are to be updated and submitted for re-examination to the Labour Ministry.
