The official representative of the Government of the Russian Federation in the ILO Governing Body, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Liubov Eltsova made a speech at a High-level session

The 323rd Session of the Governing Body took place at the ILO Headquarters (Geneva, Switzerland) on 12-27 March 2015. The ILO General Director opened the GB and made the Programme and Budget proposals for 2016–17.

Delegation of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation took active part in the work of the Session and the Policy Development Section in particular. The ministerial experts contributed to the discussions on the following issues:

  • Protecting workers from unacceptable forms of work;
  • Creating and extending social protection floors;
  • Conclusions of the Meeting of Experts on Non-Standard Forms of Employment.

On 23 March 2015 the official representative of the Government of the Russian Federation in the ILO Governing Body, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Ms. Liubov Eltsova, made a speech at a High-level session in the context of its main theme “Global employment and social challenges: Emerging trends and the role of the ILO”.
