Terms and definitions
The operator is the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, which carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
Password is a unique sequence of alphanumeric characters formed in accordance with the established procedure when registering in the service, the information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in order to ensure subsequent User access to this information system, service.
User – a natural or legal person who wishes to receive or has received access to the services, information resources and information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure.
Registration is the primary input of information for access to the service, information system, and information resource of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
Service is a software application, software and (or) technical means that provides interaction within or between information systems, information resources of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
General provisions
This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Operator and the User in organizing the User's access to the information resources of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, as well as when the User uses the functionality of the services and information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The Agreement comes into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in accordance with the procedure provided for in clause 2.3 of the Agreement.
The information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation are designed to fulfill the powers of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation have the status of state information systems and operate in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
By starting to use the information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and (or) the service /individual functions in the information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and (or) the service, or by completing the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full.
The Agreement may be amended by the Operator without special notice, the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet information and telecommunications network at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. Any changes, additions, as well as new versions of the Agreement shall equally apply to all users who have joined the Agreement, including those who joined the Agreement earlier than the date of changes, additions or new editions. If the User continues to use the functionality of the information system and/or the service after the publication of changes to the Agreement, the User is thereby recognized as having accepted the relevant changes. If the User does not agree with any of the requirements for the service, the information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, legal acts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, acts of the Operator, this Agreement, the User is not entitled to use the information system.
User registration, use of services, information systems and resources of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation
User registration in a specific information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and (or) the service is carried out after the User provides a certain set of information on the web page of the information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation or using the service, and creates a User account in accordance with the requirements for the relevant information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation protection of the Russian Federation, the service.
At any stage of using the information system, the information resource of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and (or) the services, the User undertakes to provide reliable and complete information. The User undertakes to keep the information provided to them up to date. If the User provides incorrect information or the Operator has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or unreliable, the Operator has the right, at its discretion, to block or delete the User's account and (or) refuse the User to use the information system of the information resource of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the service (or their individual functions).
The use of the service, the information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation means the User's consent to the processing of any information, including information necessary for the correct operation and/or collection of statistics on the use of the system's services (including cookies) or provided by the User independently, including personal data, as well as consent to receive information about the provision of state services to him services, on the activities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, subordinate and supervised organizations, and other organizations. The specified information can be provided using non-voice communications (by sending short text SMS messages over the mobile radiotelephone network, sending ussd messages, etc.), by sending information via the Internet information and telecommunications network to the phone number and (or) e-mail address provided by the User.
The processing of personal data provided by the User is carried out by the Operator in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and the requirements for the relevant information system.
The user is solely responsible for the security (resistance to guessing) of the password he uses, and also independently ensures the confidentiality of his password and other means of identification. The User is solely responsible for all actions (as well as their consequences) committed under the User's account within or using the services, information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, including cases of voluntary transfer by the User of data for access to the User's account to third parties on any terms (including contracts or agreements). At the same time, all actions within or using the services and information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation performed under the User's account are considered to be performed by the User himself, except in cases when the User notified the Operator in advance of unauthorized access to the services and (or) information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation with using the User's account and/or about any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of your password or other means of identification.
The User is obliged to immediately notify the Operator of any case of unauthorized (not authorized by the User) access to services, information systems and information resources of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation using the User account and/or of any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of his password or other means of identification. For security purposes, the User is obliged to independently perform a safe shutdown under his account at the end of each work session in compliance with the requirements for the relevant service, the relevant information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The Operator is not responsible for the possible loss or damage of data, as well as other consequences of any kind that may occur due to a violation by the User of the provisions of this part of the Agreement.
The Operator has the right, in cases defined by these Agreements, to impose restrictions on the use of certain services, information systems, information resources of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and their parts for the accounts of all Users, or for certain categories of Users.
Rights and obligations of the Parties
The user is obliged to:
To provide on their own and at their own expense access to the information and telecommunications network "Internet", as well as configuration and protection against unauthorized use of their equipment, as well as to respond promptly when cases of such use are detected.
To ensure the safety of the User's password and other means of User identification.
Take full responsibility for all requests and actions taken through the account belonging to him, which took place after the User's registration.
Comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Use the functionality of the services and information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements for the relevant services and information systems, as well as in accordance with this Agreement.
